Coach Victor embodies what DIG USA stands for—passion, leadership, and the drive to make every child feel seen, challenged, and supported. Starting as a regular coach, Victor’s dedication and natural ability to connect with kids quickly earned him the role of camp director, where he now leads programs at both the Wilton and Weston locations.
Whether overseeing camps with over 100 students or guiding smaller group sessions, Victor’s presence sets the tone for an energetic, structured, and inspiring environment.
With a unique ability to motivate kids both on and off the field, Coach Victor brings a personal touch to every interaction. His leadership isn’t just about organization—it’s about impact. He leads with heart, building trust and confidence in his students while helping them grow in skill, discipline, and teamwork. At DIG, he’s more than a coach—he’s a mentor that families rely on.

Coach Victor began his journey with DIG as a regular coach and quickly rose through the ranks thanks to his standout leadership and natural connection with students. He now leads DIG camps in both Weston and Wilton, where his energy, enthusiasm, and organizational skill have made a lasting impact.

Victor has worked with numerous students in private chess and soccer lessons, customizing each session to suit their unique learning styles and personal goals.
He also leads DIG’s after school program at the DIG Complex in Weston and oversees birthday party events—consistently creating environments that are both fun and focused on growth.
